Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
GrayPoster ("GrayPoster," "we," "us," or "our") operates grayposter.com (the "Site") and provides digital operations infrastructure services to businesses in New York and beyond. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company or organization name, the service you're interested in, and any message or project details you choose to share. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email instead, we receive whatever information is included in that communication.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard technical data for security and performance purposes — such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and this section before doing so.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and client onboarding materials
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not use the information you submit through our contact form for advertising or marketing to third parties, and we do not send marketing communications unless you separately opt in.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver our services (e.g., email delivery, hosting, and calendar/scheduling providers), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or court order
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with notice to you where required by law
4. Cookies
The Site currently uses only strictly necessary cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels at this time.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain client records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
6. Data Security
Consistent with the New York SHIELD Act, we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected individuals in the event of a security breach involving your information as required by law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided us, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here.
